A variety of items may be ordered through the Music Parents Association including jackets, hoodies, and t-shirts. Proceeds from these orders benefit ALL levels of our music programs.

Please print the form, fill out all information, place in an envelope with a check payable to "Mohonasen Music Parents Association" and turn it in to your child's music teacher or Mr. Bushey.
